During this session, Dr. Christopher Shanahan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, talks about the use of clinical databases at BU and BMC and nearby centers, the clinical data infrastructure and ability to do queries to assess feasibility of projects through i2b2 and TriNetX. He also discusses the ability to connect to other databases outside of BMC, leveraging the BU Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI) resources as well as databases at Clinical Translational Science Awards (CTSA) centers at other institutions.
