In this 2-part workshop you’ll learn evidence-based cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness skills for preparing for and coping with the repopulation of BU’s campus. It will address emotions around emerging from COVID restrictions and teach mindfulness strategies to increase present-focused awareness, skills for managing and challenging negative thinking patterns, and tips for effective scheduling and task prioritization. In the
second workshop of the series, attendees will learn evidence-based stress
management, sleep hygiene, self-care, and task prioritization skills to ease
the transition back to a repopulated campus. Additionally, attendees will
have the opportunity to reflect on the skills taught in workshop one and ask
any remaining questions about putting the various skills from the workshops
into practice.
